Ground-Based Training Progressions and Variations

Satoshi will reveal ground-based training progressions and variations to help you increase your power and speed on the court.  If you want to improve your tennis-specific fitness with proven training methods, then this session is a must watch! Satoshi is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the USTA and is based at the USTA National Training Center Headquarters in Orlando, Fla. He oversees and manages the Strength and Conditioning/Athletic Training staffs and programs for the USTA Player Development Training Centers
