A Step by Step Guide to Improve Your Lateral Movement
Dean will demonstrate step-by-step how to become a better lateral mover. Most tennis players move laterally at least 70% of the time, so if you want to become the best mover you can be on the court, you don't want to miss the movement drills in this session! Dean has established himself as a highly regarded author, speaker, and fitness and performance consultant. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Master Tennis Performance Specialist by the International Tennis Performance Association and part of Team PTR. Dean is currently the Director of fitness and sports performance at Club Sportif Cote-de- Liesse in Montréal, where he works primarily with high performance tennis players.
