Abby Coleman

Abby will reveal a step by step guide on how to properly hydrate and fuel yourself to perform your best on the court and prevent cramping. If you are tired of losing matches because of dehydration and/or a lack of energy, this is the session for you!  Abby is a Senior Sports Scientist at Precision Fuel & Hydration helping elite athletes and teams to personalize their hydration and fueling strategies to optimize performance and recovery. Abby completed her degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Bath and previously worked at the Porsche Human Performance Centre as an Exercise Physiologist.
