If you want to develop strength that will convert to tennis-specific power and speed on the court, this session is a must watch! Satoshi is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the USTA and is based at the USTA National Training Center Headquarters in Orlando, Fla. He oversees and manages the Strength and Conditioning/Athletic Training staffs and programs for the USTA Player Development Training Centers
