Satoshi will reveal the seven best exercises you can perform for your tennis game that will help you outlast your opponent.  If you're confused about what exercises are the best for tennis and don't know what to do in the gym, this session is a must watch!  Satoshi is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the USTA and is based at the USTA National Training Center Headquarters in Orlando, Fla.  He oversees and manages the Strength and Conditioning/Athletic Training staffs and programs for the USTA Player Development Training Centers.
