He holds an MBA Sport Management and a Master in Development, Performance and Innovation in Tennis. Juan is also a USPTA Elite Professional and National Coach by the RFET. He has worked with many of the top junior players from China. In 2016, Juan was awarded Coach of the Year in Shanghai.
